RECRUITMENT – LOGISTICS OPERATIONS STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Position: LOGISTICS OPERATIONS STAFF
  • Location: No. 32, Street 33, Quarter 5, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise Import – Export cargo management: the entire shipment process including transportation arrangements, documentation and customs clearance

Customer support: Provide information, handle all issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop cost management skills: Compare quotes, work with customs and shipping teams to ensure cost efficiency.

Internal coordination: Between Document department and Operation customs clearance delivery department

REQUIREMENT

  • 5 years of experience in the Logistic field, Forwarder company.
  • Especially experienced in handling documents, customs declaration for shipments with diverse items.
  • Mastering HQ procedures: from document verification to document processing and special cases
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work with multiple tasks.
  • Working full-time, flexible time according to shipment progress
  • Having a working relationship with the shipping line is an advantage
