CEA Cambodia – Origins

CEA has received many requests to execute cross-border transportation projects from Thailand and Vietnam into Cambodia, due to the country’s limited marine infrastructure. To address this growing market we decided to register a new Cambodian company in 2018.

CEA has now entered into an agreement with the owners of Stung Hav International Port (Sihanoukville Province) to develop and operate an offshore logistics supply base in a 230 Ha Special Economic Zone, serving both oil & gas customers as well as heavy infrastructure projects in mining, energy, road building, etc.

• 1-stop-shop integrated supply base facility with 3Ha of secure internal/external storage, offices, customs clearance, jetty priority access, etc.
• Port services (berthage, stevedoring, immigration, etc.)
• Marine services (bunkers, water, food, waste disposal, CCU, etc.)
• Chemical storage & liquid mud plant
• Computerized management system for Supply Base and Drilling program Management
• Ship agency
• Personnel service
